ATI Sunpower Fixture - ballast broken?

Yesterday I noticed that two bulbs were out that are on the same plug. I only had this fixture for about 5 months. Anyone with similar experience? Is it definitely the ballast?

I thought ATI was suppose to put out quality products. Never had this problem with Current or Tek.

They have a 1 year warranty. Best bet to post on ReefGeek's support forum on RC. That's where you got yours from right?

No I used Aquarium Specialty. Wonder if I can get a ballast sent and change It myself. Seems a pain to send a whole fixture and plus I need it.

Def the ballast though right? Cant think of anything else it might be.

I would assume the ballast as well. Could be switch or wire connection though.

Finksmart, is that a ORA Pearlberry in you avatar?

Ok but I highly doubt I won't fix it. Plus should be under warranty.

Did you play around with the bulbs? If one bulb comes loose all bulbs on the same circuit will shut down.

Hmmm I didn't know that. I will give that a try now.

Ok so I just checked and your definitely right. Some bulbs are on the same circuit but the bulbs are very tight fitting. I even tried moving some bulbs around.
