best calcium media

ok whats the best media out there, as i am getting all my stuff for new tank this is one thing i still need, please explain why you think it is the best also

those boston guys love those big fat ones.. i forget what they are called.. i think it is that ARM media.. the big fat nuggets.. they all run that one up there.. and it is hard to argue with the success of their tanks.. i am using just ordinary crush coral till it runs out.. then i will chop up all my dead colonies and throw them in.. then i will start using arm.. lol.

i had thought of just crushing up all the sps that died and using it as well since it's the same thing, and looked at the arm large and the pacific coast media
