With just one of these there is no need to worry about anything. They will eliminate bristle worms, all snails, bryopsis, gorilla crabs, hair algae, bubble algae, copperband butterflies, tangs (all sizes) lionfish, angels, gobies, clownfish (including designer clownfish) pipefish and manta ray fry.

No, he will join the rest of his friends for my dinner, after they clean up my tank.
In a few days I will get some clams, I just got the fluke. Can't have to much seafood :fishhit:

I see dinner. I just had a dozen or so of these steamed and curried over the weekend. Took me almost 2 hours to eat dinner!

Of course I catch them, I have been catching them all my life. I love crabbing, the crabs are not crazy about it I would imagine.

I got 4 crabs, 1 huge, this past weekend...the next day there were only little guys. Not enough for crab cakes, but enough for a crab topping on my fish! Love those crabs.....

What waterways? I've seen some tiny hermits and snails in Jamaica bay and plum beach but that's about it.

Steam with butter then crack and eat? Or r there shells soft now?

You can eat them that way, but it takes forever. We put them in pasta sauce, crabs make the best sauce. My wife takes forever and sucks out the meat from each leg but I can't be bothered with all that.
I may get another few dozen tomorrow along with clams.
All I eat is seafood

They get about 7" across the top of the shell point to point.
Next month they will be at their peak, then they disappear
