Best pump

I have a maxi-jet 1100 in my rsm130d that has been acting up on me (stop and starts every so often). It's a 294 GPH pump, is a new maxi-jet the way to go or should I look at another brand?

Maybe you should look into cleaning it first.

i have the marineland 5500 and love it

bought the tank used and that was the pump it came with, only running it for a few weeks now so not attached to it at all. Want to replace it so i dont get any issues donw the road so looking for some opinions on staying with marineland or switching to something else

I am using blue line pump now, will be switching to the 5500 in July when I hange some stuff around

anyone know who carries the MJU line in northern queens? Fishtown only has the maxi-jet pros not the utility line. Looking to pick up an 1100 today.

Put 900 pump i had laying around in for now, works well but certainly noisier than the 1100 MJU.

ordered an 1100 from amazon for good price, no one locally seems to calls the MJ utility pumps only the 1200 pro version.

I have three Mag's (2, 3 & 12). I think they're awesome. Super quiet and reliable in my opinion.
