Bioload?

I have pair of royal gramma, cherub angel and yt damsel in my 75.

I'm getting a clown wrasse and yellow assessor from a tank breakdown.
My guess is they only have minimal bio load/low metabolism.

Am i correct? Is it a good idea to add them. ..my total volume is 90g incl sump and 2 fuges....and my tank is recovering from a HA bloom.

Should be fine since all the fish you listed are fairly small, it also has a lot to do with your filtration though but I wouldn't worry. Tangs on the other hand are poop machines lol

Will my royal gramma mess with the assessor or vice versa? I'll add them in night time.

They might since you've had your royal grammas first. Though I've never tried it I've herd Royal grammas are less aggressive when there paired so you "might" get lucky, if not be prepared to get the yellow out ASAP. Good luck
