Is it ok to dose 2 times alk and 2 times cal like morning and night time?

yes, but you normally want to dose when your ph is at its lowest. for most people this will be in the morning before your lights go on...

Perfect I've been doing this for years just wanted to ask . If I buy the gal size of bionc do I have to add top off or I can use it like the 32oz. Some one told me if I use the gal size I have to dilute it, is that true?

It depends if you buy the concentrate version (you need to dilute) or the regular pre-diluted version. Unless you are paying for shipping there is no real reason to buy the concentrate.

i dose 2x a day b4 i sleep and when i wake up
