Last night as I was feeding the tank I grabbed the magnifying glass to see if my new Gorg was catching any food, in the corner of my eye I see a greenish blur moving at about Mach 6. I then realize one of my Citron Gobies is heading for the slight opening of the canopy at a rate of speed where he should be landing somewhere around Ohio. But wait,,,, where is the sound of water breaking, where is the splash?
I look over to see a severely stunned Goby twitching in a siezure upside down. My mind immediatley thinks "Oh great something just stung the SH!T out for this fish and he is doing the "Last Rights Lazerspeed Pinball Dance of Death" across my glass box. As I look it shudders for a fraction of a second, then falls onto a small Anthelia colony still upside down. As I'm watching this thinking WTF just happened here, I start looking for the culprit and to my suprise the Citron starts to move after a couple of seconds.
Completely dazed. it then swam over to the frag rack and wedged himself in place and did'nt move from there for the rest of the night. I guess something spooked it.
Today the fish is fine. I believe this fish knocked itself out by swimming full speed into the bottom edge of the canopy from the other side of the tank.
