Blue Palm Coral

Saw a pic of this coral on aquacon.com and LOVE it. Anyone know where this coral can be found locally? I prefer to see what I'm buying as opposed to mail order. ANY info on this coral would be greatly appreciated.

Its a very nice coral ,but those nice cotton looking heads ,fall off every few weeks then regrow ,not to mention they dont have a good survival rate. Nice coral ,waste of money ,JMO
