Hi,

I have done a few orders with BlueZoo Aquatics and was very satisfied. I`m expecting a shipment tomorrow, but their site has been offline for the whole week. I cant access my account, or even reach them by phone. Does anyone know wht is going on?

i placed an order last week for delivery yesterday.
no call before hand so i left a message and got nothing, called my credit card company and they did not charge my card so i figure they closed their doors because the site has been down for over a week
dennis there did tell me there was a death in the family of the shippers and would be a problem shipping last week . thats all i know

I paid by PAYPAL---so I`m paid up already. I finally did get an invoice---but it had a little note on it:

"[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']We are very sorry the communication on this order has been very poor. We have experienced and are experiencing problems in our order management software. We are now in the process of updating all systems and should have the problem solved within a few days. If you would like, we will hold onto your order and ship it to you as soon as we can. This may be as early as the week between Christmas and New Years or it may be after the first of the year. Either way we will let you know. If you wish to cancel your order, we completely understand and any charges that have come as a result of this order will be refunded back to you promptly. [/font]

[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']They have been real cool with me in the past, so I`m just gonna regard this as nothing more than a blip. Stuff happens, so I`ll keep checking them for good deals on exotic fish. I cant beat the Leopard Wrasse I got for $27.00 a few months ago. [/font]

Hmmmmmm................

I got about $200.00 credit floating over there. I`m crossing my fingers and keeping the faith. They have been very good to me.
