its doing nicely. I'm still looking for a red and green wellsi to balance out the large metalic green in my 220. But that might be hard, dam thing is the size of a basketball when its fully open.

I had put brains in shaded areas while acclimating them to MH.
They began reseding, I then put them on the sand bed directly under the center MH, and they immediately showed improvement.
In my tank they do not rest under direct flow, but there is good flow in the tank over all. I do feed at least once a week (I try for every other day, but that doesn't usually happen.) a mixture of Rod's Food, Mysis shrimp, Cyclops, Oyster Feast, Rotifer Feast, Phyto Feast soaked in VitaChem, Vit. C, Selcon, and Garlick Extreme. Daily I throw pellets in the tank for the fish, and I have seen the brains actually extend feeders for those as well.;)
My tank is not the cleanest, weekly water changes are my only dosing. I run a Two Little Fishies reactor with a mixture of carbon & gfo which I change out monthly.

Tommy I wish you all the best with this brain!! It is absolutely beautiful.:)

Brains are actually fairly easy to care for but once they start going bad it is hard to reverse. Whenever you change lights you need to acclimate all corals to the new light either by shading methods or by reducing time of light.
