Bristleworms are fine for the most part, they like to eat the dead and left over food stuffs so they do help. If it's a huge bristeworm then some people think it can snag sleeping fish. In my old 90g i had up for a couple years all my worms were small 4-5" or so and i had a load of them. Never any prolblems.

turnburn, i wouldn't bother with this package. The bristle worms, and mini brittle stars will come naturally from your live-rock with time. don't waste your cash on this package. The nassarius you can get easily at as LFS.

If you want to get a clean-up crew consider getting some turbo snails, a cleaner shirmp, and some hermit crabs. They'll get the job done and they're more fun to look at - rather than ugly bristle worms.

Bristle worms can be a menace if they over populate your tank. Plus when they try to breed they secrete a white cloudy substance that will ruin the nostalgia of your tank. How big is your tank BTW? Good Luck!!!

if you purchased any live rock, chances are you already have bristle worms, copapods, amphipods, and most likely those little stars. just go buy some snails.

-as for bristleworms, i have hundreds of them. they don't harm anything, but i wish i didn't have that many. when they get huge like night crawlers, they tend to look quite scary 8O
