broken 75 gallon tank

my cousin dropped my 75 gallon tank while trying to move out of my apartment..now i need a new one(may be a 75 or 90). how should i dispose of the tank? will the sanitation take it?

oh yea also looking to buy a new tank 75 or 90 if any one has..i already have a stand and canopy
