Just added a bta to one of my tanks, and it has been along time since i have had one. Do i need to turn off all the powerheads while he finds a footing for the next day or so?

k, b/c it moved to the top of the tank, then over right infront of a powerhead(2100gph) and got blown off, completely fine, but moving right back to the same spot.

It stands for Bubble Tip Anemone....

I would not turn off the powerheads!, but I would cover the intakes with sponge-like material.

i woke up this morning and they have settled into a crevice and look great, i wish it was a little more visible, but they should be fine
