Bubble King Skimmers

Has anybody had experience with Bubble king skimmers? I am curious about how they compare to Bullet Skimmers or to Deltech skimmers. THey seem to be getting a lot of positive feedback.

I had one for a few years Loved it on my 180g but my 120 was too small for it so I sold it for a KZ Revolution which I adore now. If you get one that is sized right for your tank you will get amazing results

lol, i had a bubble king mini 200 for 1 month and was not impressed a lot. also the idea of $800 pump replacement cost and also availability in the states made me sell and went and got a used H&S. I heard a lot of people complaining with the MINI series. Deltecs are very good skimmers also!

All kidding aside the I have been unimpressed with the provided skimmer and was using a Euro reef RS80 wich works amazingly but is undersized.

Oops, sorry, I was confusing you with someone else I had talked to about the ATB cone skimmers. They look awesome, lots of people switching over to them. I am set to get one in a week or so.

YIKES!!! That is expensive!!! (the cone models). It being cone, that gives a big footprint no?

They may seem expensive at first glance but a 1260 powered H&S/Deltec is over a grand, and the $800 small cone can run with them according to most owners. The medium can definately run with them and is a bit cheaper.
Footprints arent any bigger than other skimmers, small is 13x10 or so?

an in sump H&S skimmer with eheim pump is not over a grand, it is exactly $999. You are maybe confusing with the recirculating one. ATB has no recirculating skimmers so far, they are internal ones

i have the bk mini 200 and i am sending it back for a second pump. i LOVED My deltec ap902. and there customer service was by far the best

ouch!!! you are lucky it is still under warranty! 2 eheim replacement pumps cost less then 1 Red Dragon Mini 200 pump!

i was told by scott that i would either have the whole skimmer replaced or my money back. either way its ok with me. if i get the money back i will just buy a new skimmer thats all. i love the ap702 though.
