Bulb Help?

I have a Current PC 36" light fixture, i am replacing the bulbs in it today and was wondering if i would be better going with straight 10k bulbs or the dual daylight 6700/10k bulb, for the main bulb, and for the actinic would i be better off with a dual actinic, 10k/460nm, or a 460nm or 420nm bulb... any advice is appreciated

the straight 10k puts alot of white light so id say do the split 10k 67 k for growth and color

I had my old pc's with the dual daylight 6700/10k bulb and I was happy with it. Also the actinic was a dual 420/460.
