What is the diff between an atinic bulb and blue plus bulb

It's a difference in spectrum where the blue plus is of course bluer than the actinic and spectrum. Some people call them color enhancing bulbs. The Blue Plus is rated at 22K (same as Radium) and the actinic is different. Some run at 420nm or 460nm. Hope this helps.

Blue plus also puts out par comparable to a white bulb, while pure actinic does not

What bulb type? Geissman? T5?

Actinic's run 420-450 NM as previously stated however, the aquablue plus from Geissman's T5 bulb runs like 11k.

I have a 4 bulb t5 I have 2 ATI atinic 1 ATI aquablue special and 1 reef purple wanted to know if I should add a trueblue and remove 1 atinic it there were a diff between the 2 thanks

AT some point I was running this:

Aqua Blue Special
Actinic
Fiji Pink
Aqua Blue Special

Gave me a nice bluer look. It was nice.
