How much and how often to change your media will depend on the tank size and comsumption rate so every tank is different.

I've been using the same PH probe for years, just keep it clean....works for me

I calibrate it about once or twice a year, but some may do it more often..I use either use another PH probe or test kit to confirm if it needs it.

media starts to disolve its not like phosban or carbon.you will know when its time to change.there is no reason to by a new ph probe unless when you calibrate it it wont calibrate correctly.i calibrate every 3 months.i also set my reef keeper to shut it down if it goes under 6.6 on the ph probe.iso far my alk is at 10.2 and calcium is 430 when my ph reads 6.84

pH probe - same as mike ny had mine of a couple of years with no issue

calibrate - twice a year sounds right
