What's the difference between the regular ARM media and the Course?

Dont really think there is much of a difference, I think it depends on the reactor that thier house in.

Since the regular is smaller, there is more surface area so it dissolves faster then the course. Because of that, the course media is usually recommended on larger reactors.

The regular media can turn to mud easier if the PH gets too low and clogs the effluent
