Calcium Reactor Setup

Has anybody installed a calcium reactor with the CO2 tank some distance away from the aquarium? What should be taken into consideration? I have the perfect place for the CO2 tank but it is about 30 feet from the tank.

Thanks for responding, but why a silicone hose?

just better... won't kink as easily, clamps better, lasts longer, won't be effected as much with temp changes, etc. With ozone it's all you can use.

it wont be a problem but use co2 safe black hose. regular hose can seep co2. so i read.
i think BRS has it

You're absolutely right. My bad. Doesn't matter the color, it matters that it's polyethylene. It comes in dif colors. Vinyl and silicone with co2 no good
