Caring for blue zoos

what are the needs for blue zoo polyps to thrive? Strong light or low light? High flow, med flow, ect? I heard they are quite challenging to care for. Is that true?

i haven't any challenging zoos. they seem to grow in low to high light in my tank, high and low flow, and need no care what so ever. that is assuming your water quality is good of course. i have about 12 different types of zoos/palys and they all act this way. hope that helps :wink:

Yeah I think that all Zoo's require the same care.

You can spot feed them mysis shimp every once in a while as well.

i've never actually seen a zoa EAT anything.

I THINK J. Sprung in TMA states the same thing if I remember correctly.

palythoa eat. they are in the zoo family, right? maybe that's what he's referring to.
