catching quaratine fish

So I have my fish in my 50 gallon tencor and they are doing great.
I need to move them to the main tank. How do I catch them without stressing them out to much.

Drain most of the water out of the q tank, then catch them with a specimen container. Into the new tank they go.

I would turn off all the lights for 10 mins. and one flash light on your left hand and fish net on the other hand. Try to cover the flash light lense so it dosen't get very bright. with small amount of light, you can see the fish that you want to catch. Now, you put fish net from the back of the fish(from my experience, they don't really know there is fish net coming from their back). Good luck. I cought most of my fish like this.

I tried what Jung does and it works most of the time. With the stubborn ones...i end up taking out all the rock and emptying some water.

I've seen the tank.
your going to have to take out the rock, even one rock will make it hard.
once the rock is out use a tuperware to scoop the fish out, no nets.
