I'm going to be blogging a bit about CITES in the upcoming weeks as the quarterly permitting process occurs, and I'm looking for opinions, thoughts, etc. about CITES. I welcome ALL opinions, and we'll try to avoid the politics of the business as much as possible. Does CITES work? Does it make your job more difficult? Is CITES flawed? What could be improved? What are its best attributes? How does it affect the business day-to-day? How does it affect the marine aquarium industry in terms of the big picture?
