CLeaning a chiller after tank breakdown

I just got a chiller that was used. I was wonder being that im not going to run it on my tank right now if there is any thing i should do to clean it out.

A Bucket Of Vinegar Water With A Pump And Let Flow Through For A Day Then Run A Bucket Of Reg Ro Water Through It To Clean All Vinegar Out

would you recommend cleaning out a large uv light that same way cause it is connected to the same plumbing as the chiller

Yes. Vinegar will dissolve the lime buildup on the UV quartz sleeve.
