clown fish disease

so my couple clowns died not sure what it was exactly i think it was ether Brooklynella or velvet sorry i didnt get pics. so the question is i still have a bi color bleeny in the tank i cant catch seems to be fine so i get him out and leave the tank fishless for 6 weeks.
