I think they can refill too but it takes some time. I traded my shiny new one for a slightly less shiny new one :lol2:.

Don't understand the big deal of a shiny tank vs a full not so shiny one?

my co2 tank sits outside no cabinate what so ever. a sparkling one is more pleasing to the eye than a old beat up one:thrash:

Honestly I have never gotten one just refilled always a trade. Not to say you won't find a place just to refill, I did however receive a cleaner tank when they switched it for me, luck of the draw. Cool guys though, if they are able to just refill it for you I'm pretty sure they would.
