i received my martian moon favia today. the package came and when i opened the package, the water was cold. i do not know if the coral can withstand cold water for delivery. if doesnt look healthy. what should i do? should i call back for a refund or see how it does after a day? i ordered from fragglereef.com.

u should have dripped the coral or floated it in the sump to gradually raise the temp it should be fine but I would contact them anyway just to let them know
was there heat packs in the box ?

yes it was heat packed but the heat pack was not warm anymore when i got it. its an expensive piece too. i didnt pay 100$ for a half dead coral. i emailed them. i left it in the bak in my sump for an hour to raise the temp. dunno what else i can do but wait.

once the temp in the bag is similar, put the coral in the tank n wait a day or 2. call em let em know. they will probably tell u the same.

u can quicken the pace by addin a little tank water in bag (a few minutes at a time). dont dump the bag water in tank.
