You might want to contact one of the LFS's that are listed on the RSVP as attending and pre-order a CUC. They are not necessarily something the vendors bring to the swap.

Dr. Mac usually brings bags of various snails and crabs ready to go. They sell out by noon though, so you have to buy early.
