Date on the Digital Camera

Anyone know how I can have a date print on the picture when I look at them on my computer?
I have a Panasonic DMC-FX9, when I check the pic in my camera, I see the date and time showing up. But after I transfer it to my computer, I don't see any date or time on it. And I even install the cd that comes with the camera. And still I can't do it.
Is there any other program out there that can let me have the date print on the picture when I check them out on my computer?

usually there is a setting on the camera itself that lets you stamp the date and time on the picture.

I check, there's none.. I can view the date and time on the camera, but when I transfer it to the computer. there's no date and time on it.

i couldnt find the manual online, but all the sites that I saw that sell it state that it has a date/time stamp, so it has to be there someplace.

why dont u just look at the creation date from folder details?
