Dead Sea Fan.... Remember?

Does anyone remember when you could buy large dead sea fans? They almost looked like branches of a tree? If so, does anyone know if they are still available?

I am looking to get a couple of large ones for my 72 Bow. I think my seahorses would appreciate it .

I actually still have two pieces left from about 10 years ago (see picture).

The Pet Land by J and R has a live one. If you wait a week or two - it will probably be a dead one....

If you find a LFS that still sells coral skeletons, they will probably sell the dead fans also. I run across them at stores every now and then.

Have you tried e-bay?

A LFS in Westport CT had one on the shelf. They are off of I-95 around exit 18 I think. Try looking up Westport Aqurium. I know it might be further than you may want to travel though.

Hey you know where else I've seen them? Pottery Barn!! I would not suggest that you use it in your tank thohugh. Just poped in my head right now.
