Do you need a permit to sell saltwater livestock?

Don't you just need a resale license with a storefront?

It depends on your local & state govt. You can go down to city hall or check their website and see what all is required. Most wholesalers wont talk to you if you done have a resellers license.

i don't believe any SW livestock is state regulated, as far as retail goes-selling livestock in general may require a permit, though-check w/yer local gov't.

edited-with the exception of invasive/noxious species, etc

Wholesalers in Los Angeles, or any other state for that matter, need a special permit before selling to any store in Florida.

In Georgia you have to have a pet dealers license to sell any live animals.
