Downgrading from 90 Gallon standard to 75 G Reef Ready

I am in the process of getting a reef ready 75 Gallon tank; I want to transfer all my content to the new 75G. My question is can I reuse my Live sand? Or I have to get new sand for the new tank?
Tank has been up for 1year 6 months with 1 inch live sand bed.

i would reuse it just place it before u add water then put a bigplate in it and pour water onto the plate

why dont you just use all your live rock and use new sand? i dont think youll cause a new cycle and use all your old water. and then seed your sand bed with the old sand. Using all your old sand will cause you some problem i think just from me reading up on things. my girl seeded her new tank with old sand and used new sand. + half new rock no cycle was caused.
