I use a doser to drip dose kalk water as my top off

I use a 5 gal bucket that I fill every night I'm in process of setting up a bigger bucket so I don't have to fill every day !
Anyway question is I mix the kalk by hand should I have a power head in there going off every few hrs?

What's most kalk per gallon u can add?

2 teaspoons of kalk per 1 gallon of RODI water is saturation. You can also add vinegar for a higher saturation point. 45mL of vinegar will allow for 3 teaspoons of kalk to dissolve if your calcium/alk demand exceeds what 2 teaspoons would provide.

Yea, good idea on the skimmer. Vinegar will be carbon dosing, better to run a skimmer with it.

You can premix the kalk with a powerhead and let the un-dissolved kalk settle. You don't want to dose the slurry. Running the powerhead 24/7 wouldn't be advised, the undissolved kalk won't settle. I use a kalk stirrer which continuously mix the kalk at low speeds. But I'm a equipment junkie, many has premixed kalk just fine.
