I have a 5 gallon bucket full of sand (particles are 2-3 times size of sugar sand from caribsea with some cushed coral mixed in)I took from a old 55g tank i broke down yesterday. I was thinking of adding this to 60 lbs sugar sized sand in a new 100g and was wondering if this would work of should I just use 1 size of particle in a DSB.
