Ebay Halide Bulbs

I was looking to buy some 175w 14k SE halide bulbs and came across a few on ebay selling for about $20 each.

The vendors advertise performance comparable to ushios and such, but I was wondering if anyone here had any experiences with them?

has anyone here used these bulbs, and if you have, can you please let me know WHY you liked them or did not.
