Belize has had rumors of CN use so I can't say for sure.

Brazil I never have heard of use, but with such a large mining industry there, coupled with the likes of FARC, I could see CN bing sold on the black market

I am not the one who started the rumers of Belize Bob. You know the person QUITE well who told me, but I don't need to utter his name as he's no longer in the country(or if he is, some angencies want to talk to him). As for Brazil, nothing would suprise me due to the state of their "government". It's hardly in any position to "go ballistic" over any FARC action, no matter want any yank says

Besides, how can any one be certain any country is clean? (example coming, not pointing fingers, speculating, saying you or DR uses CN, etc) who knows, DR could be dumping the stuff by the barrel and all's we'd have is your word on it. Non of the PI exporters say they use CN, nor Indo, Bali, Vitnam, etc. One mans word means squat when it comes to CN use, or any illegal activity. Just like every one in jail is not guilty, acording to them. With out a statside CDT every shipment is suspect.

that's a thin cover "I have heard rumors" So If you admit thay are rumors don't repeat them.
How would you know the state of Brazil's government? or any government for that matter. Truth is "OUR" government aint that good. Brazil's government is very strict about the fishing industry. Shipments are almost always inspected.

The person that told me, has far more credability in that country then anyone on this forum Until a method is in place to prove or disprove, rumor is all we have to go on. We can't take the exporters word on it, nor importers or collectors. With no CDT, it's all lies and rumors!

As far as Brazil, did you not read the two posts above yours wher Jaime tells me I confused BRAZIL with COLUMBIA and me admitting I made a mistake?
