Euro reef rs-80 for a 72 gallon

I'm looking to buy a good skimmer and was thinking about the:

Euro-Reef? RS-80 Protein Skimmer - Extruded Acrylic *

it's rated for an 80 gallon. it comes with a pump:

SP2- Euro-Reef modified SEDRA KSP-3500A water pump

Would this be good for my mixed reef/fish tank, mostly softies or should i go bigger? It would go in my sump.

go bigger. the ratings are greatly exaggerated plus if you upgrade to a bigger tank down the road why by another skimmer? Go big now and save money later.

I have the RS -100 on my 58g Oceanic.
No complaints

Go bigger i say they both use the same make pump so wattage draw is the same.

after a bit more reserach the Deltec skimmers seem to be very popular. How about the Deltec turbo classic that comes with come with a 12-blade TurboJet Impeller pump. It's rated for upto 250 gallons. Would that be too much for a 72 gallon?

Rebar, do you reasearch before you spend $$$ on a quality skimmer. Take a look at the skimmer thread on top of the General Discussion forum. ALL the info you want is there. It doesn't matter what you plan on keeping in your reef, everything benefits from cleaner water.
