Extremley High pH

Just migrated filtration/inhabitants from 55g to 90g. Elapsed time, 5 days. Several soft corals/fish seem to be doing fantastic

Have been adding reef builder and calcium as prescribed.

All parameters seem to be OK, except pH - extremely high. Around 9+ ??

How can this be?

Anyone seen this before?

What is your PH & alk reading?

The pH seems to be off of the chart... 8.7+

I just bought a new test kit, thought maybe the chemicals were corrupt.

KH is around 150
Ca is around 460
PO is around 0
Nitrate somewhat higher thatn expected, 9ppm, had the wet/dry disabled for about 3 hours (possible explanation on this)

How do you convert KH to dKH? I am familiar with dKH, but not KH. Or, is there a typo?

My dKH is around 17.6, Alk is 6.3, PH is 8.2, Ca is 460.

The parameter I gave was for Carbonate hardness... alk is related to pH, no?
