Moderate flow for both the BN and the EH. I am using only t5 lights.
2 blue, 2blue plus, and 2 10,000k which have needed replacement since forever
all lights on for 8 hours then blue on for additional 4 hours.
Oh every 2 hours the whites go off for 15 mins to simulate clouds and allow a number of brief rest periods.
