Feeding Gonaporia

A reefer friend of mine made the mistake of buying a flower pot. Any tips here to help him feed same and keep it alive? I suggested that he set up a brine shrimp hatchery and target feed it. Any comments....,.Don't kill the messenger...LOL

There is plenty of info out on the 'net regarding how to keep these, have your friend go google. There have been some successes in keeping them but it takes a lot of effort.

Look into what Anthony Calfo has to say about them as well. If I recollect, they're a lagoon-type species, which suggests that they might actually prefer being in water that's a little "richer" than other corals. Might be a trade-off, though, trying to meet the Goni's needs and the needs of the rest of the inhabitants.
