Filter Floss

So i had bought filter floss to use for my biocube. But how do i "use" it? Is it just like a filter sock? Do I just put it into one of the chambers in the back of the tank since its an AIO and let it sit in the water and after a couple of days give it a wash and place it back in?

Put it in the first chamber of your Biocube, right after the overflow and before any sort of media (carbon etc.). Don't give it a wash, it's meant to be a one time use - just toss it and replace.

I change mine like every 4 days ... Both in my 34 gallon Red Sea max and 6 gallon nano
