Coop thats good man, that means you have sufficient iodine levels and that the shrimp is growing. I am with Mikey, I leave it in, sometimes I take it out. Depends on how I feel that day. Now because you have a nano I would probably lean towards taking it out due to ammonia levels rising a bit. I had a 20 gallon before my 72 and my shrimp molted numberous times without any noticible affects to my fish nor did I see my ammonia levels raise.

If you can get it out you should take it out. If not then the CUC will take care of it.
