Question (Fishing Related) Private Fish Tank With Stripe Bass and Bluefish

Hey Everyone, figured I give it a shot here. I remember I came across a video where someone had a giant fish tank in his house. In the tank he had lots of stripebass/bluefish/fluke all native fish from here in New York. I cant find the video, it was like a tour of his house or something like that. I know its a long shot, but maybe someone on here has seen the video. Looking to see it again.

LOL if you call the office they do offer aquarium specimen permits.

I never knew you could get aquarium permits for bass

I used to do some work at Coney Island Aquarium and they had a striped bass surge tank display

Long narrow tank about 4’ deep that had a sand beach lip at one end
A Carlson surge would push across the tank n up the lip

Bass would sit sideways in 6 inches waiting to eat
As soon as I opened door to access display the fish knew it was time to eat
They couldn’t see me but I think the pressure change when the door opened triggered their feeding response

As soon as the door cracked open I could hear air rush out of room and they would be in full on blitz mode

It was sick
I miss that display

Lol, I always wanted to turn it into SPS surge reef though
