Was pondering just a bit, yes I was tryna be like T, and came up with an idea. Don't know if theres anything like this out there, but I was thinking if the float switch was placed at the highest place in the sump, then was connected to a piece of PVC that had a valve inside that would automatically be trigger when the float switch was lifted by the rising water level.

Would be great to have if you weren't home your return pump shut off :). Same idea as your typical float switch just with PVC.
