I was wondering if anybody could give some advice about changing over a 125G fresh water tank (set up as a cichlid tank and going thru nitro cycle)into a FOWLR tank. It is set up now with 2 Fluval 404 cannister filters.
What is needed to set this up as a FOWLR tank, is a skimmer essential
being that there is no corals. It has crushed coral substrate on the bottom with some regular fresh water rocks for decoration. I think the crush coral will keep the PH high in the tank. Any advise would be appreciated.
