Frag Tank Flow (?)

I am setting up a 20x20 frag tank and am looking for recommendations for flow. How should I setup the return or what pumps to use. Here are a few thoughts:

SCWD on the return (maybe with spray bars)

wp10 in the tank

Spin Stream on the return

I would go with a 500 to 850GPH pump with a switch vavle to control your water movement. But also what you plan to keep in your frag tank? Lps, Sps, sofly, Zoa's etc ?

Thanks, I am setting it up in NJ I am tired of coming back every few weeks and the frags I bring down covered in sand and dying.

I am planning to use a mag5 from the sump over like 4 feet and up 1 for the return.

I got the stand today and have a 150w mh / actinic combo light and now just need to figure out the plumbing.

I plan to keep a mix of everything in there as it will be a grow out and also if people here in NJ ever want anything from NY and vice versa so a holding tank.

Maxi jet 1200 will do fine. 1/4 or 1/2 bulk head. Only problem with small frag tank. Water par change pretty quickly.

It has 3/4" drain and return. It will be plumbed into my 105g system.
I was thinking maybe 1/2" pvc T'd off with two hydor flo's running off a mag5. Since the hydor flo's cut down on the flow I wonder if that would be enough.

I have a similar sized aio tank. It has a mj900 for the return and hydor 240 as power head. It is more then enough flow. I have them pointing at each other to make the water swirl.

Mag 5 will be plenty...enough.
