Tank has been up and running for a couple months now, although initially it was nothing but sand and a few pieces of rock. I finally got around to adding xenia, gsp, and some zoas. Then I got sort of went in over my head and got two heads of duncan (its now four heads) and one dendro (sprouting a baby now too). Everything living in this tank was purchased either from members on here or GC Fish and Reef or Manhattan Aquarium.

First pic is the tank shortly after setup. The following pics are from about a week ago. I've since moved both the duncan and the dendro to the rockwork.

Note: This is my first saltwater tank. I come from a "high tech" freshwater planted tank background. I'm planning on adding more live rock to give it more of a "U" aquascape, but one step at a time.... Right now I'm just thrilled that everything is still alive and the coralline algae is spreading.

Wow the xenia is looking great. Its so strange to see a still picture of them bc they are always pulsing in my tank :)

The dendro wanted to be a little pig huh? I give mine a little spirulina brine, I used to give it bloodworms too, it didnt seem to be picky.

My featherduster got spooked once when a big Turbo snail knocked over a coral and it lost its feathers. It landed on the Dendro and it ate it! I was so surprised at that. The Duncans are probably going to be your favorite coral ... ;)

I'm feeding the dendro brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, cut up shrimp (human food version), blood worms, and some frozen stuff i bought called "plankton" but it looks like pink mysis.

My featherdusters are tiny tiny tiny and are hitch hikers on my live rock. One featherduster is much larger, but its just a grey/clear color, nothing too special.

I agree the duncan is already my buddy. haha. I'm contemplating getting rid of my cleaner shrimp cause they keep stealing food out of its mouth. I'd probably swap out my cleaner shrimp for pompom crabs or something else tiny, since I have a small tank anyhow.

On my wtb list: blue mushrooms, prettier zoas, a frogspawn (gotta watch out for its sweepers tho), and yumas.
