FS: PFO PC set up

i was using this w/ actinics for my 90 but i have upgraded to vhos. come w/ only one pc bulb as the other one broke when i dropped it for a second time. btw the endcaps are square pin.

let me make it clear. comes w/ the ballast, the 2 reflectors, the two 8' socket cord w/ quick disconnect and one actinic bulb.$60
