For now liberty seems to have the best water pack up sump pump. Zoeler has great pumps but they were having issues with there water backup, not sure if they fixed it yet they were suppose to. It is very rare that we loose water but we did last spring but still very rare. If you get one do not just hook it into the sump pump line. You need to either run seperate or tie in on the horizontal not the verticle.

Hmmm I was actually looking at the Liberty and the Zoeler. I went to Blackman in Mahwah today and they sell the Zoeler guy said that it is a very good product.

I actually plan on running a different line for it. I put a large addition on my house, and now my sump pump is over 15 feet from the exterior wall. I plan on going only as high as I have to, then go horizontal and bump up to like a 2 in pipe to reduce pressure. I will have 1.5 on the vertical, but as soon as it turns horizontal I will go 2 in and then I will also slope it down just a bit to let gravity take over and relieve pressure on the pump.

I am probably just going to order online.

Are you a plumber???? If so, can you recommend an instant hotwater heater? (not looking to hijack the thread, PM me pls)
