check yellow page for store front or glass shop, maybe frame shop. They will charge you around $5 cut to size.

I was just thinking of checking out a frame shop. Do you have a suggestion for thickness? for baffles, for overflow?

I guess, same thickness as your sump will do.

my local hardware sells 18X12 pieces for $10. they cut it there too.

I need a 2 pieces 4' x 5" for the overflow. I'm having problems finding anything that long. For the sump I'm probably going to use a 55 gal, so the baffles should be about 13" x ?. The tank is 20" tall, what size baffles should I use?
