I am inquiring on what would be a good LED light system for my 26 gallon Bow front tank. I have 4 fish, some snails and little crabs. Eventually I would like to start some frags. I am considering LED lights as the light I have currently is aiding in an over abundance of green algae growth. (Sodium Light as it was given to me). The algae growth is an issue. Can anyone suggest a good LED light for this type of tank?

I have the sodium light on for 6 hours and just dropped it down again to 5 hours as I have it on a timer. The tank is NOT by a window. Thank you.

Just throwing this out there, but if you have algae issues, you'll want to focus more on nutrient (mainly phosphate) export rather than lighting (although old or inappropriate bulbs can make algae worse)... Do you have a skimmer? Water changes? Phosphate remover?

Is this a fish only tank? Most LEDs will do pretty well for a FOWLR.
